BATTLE OF THE BANKS 2010

DUPLAYS inaugural 8 team Inter-Bank tournament that pits each bank's representative football team in an 8 week long tournament

Make sure your bank is represented, spread the word, get your colleagues together, contact your HR and enter your team.

General Rules

• ONLY bank employees of each participating team can enter this league - all players will be asked to present proof i.e employee code/I.D, visa copy etc
• When creating your team make sure the Bank's name is mentioned e.g. Emirates NBD Knights
• 1 team per bank
• Individuals CANNOT sign up for this tournament only official teams can be entered
• Team fee is AED 3500 - no limit on no. of players per team
• All players MUST sign up online to the team after the captain has entered the team

Format:

• Outdoor 8 aside football
• All games on Wednesdays from 7.30pm-10.30pm
• Each team plays 2 matches each week
• 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw, 0 for a loss
• Top 4 teams make final round in Week 8

Prizes:

• Great bumper prize for the winning teams will be announced soon!!!
• Golden Boot award for the most prolific scorer

Bonus:

• Team shirts supplied, kits can be branded with your company's name and logo
• Winning Bank gets mentioned on the DUPLAYS website accessed by over 18,000+ members
• All teams are allowed to bring spectators
