The brief
The team behind Ronaldinho approached us to launch his namesake football academy in Dubai — the first of its kind in the region. Our job was to recruit the players, staff the coaching team, manage the venues and build the program from the ground up. We ran it the way Ronaldinho plays: with the ball on the ground and joy on the pitch.
The approach
Three things we built to launch the academy properly.

Talent recruitment and intake
We ran an open city-wide intake process, assessed players across age groups, and built squads that would compete but also develop. The academy needed players who came back the following week. We found them.

Coaching framework
The RSA coaching methodology is built around Ronaldinho’s philosophy: creativity first, technique second, pressure third. We recruited and briefed local coaches, delivered training sessions, and aligned the curriculum with international RSA standards.

Venue and field-of-play management
Every session needed the right surface, the right kit, and the right atmosphere. We managed site selection, set-up and breakdown, and ensured every training environment reflected what Ronaldinho’s brand stands for on and off the pitch.
