The brief
Build world-class indoor football infrastructure in Dammam on a timeline that steel construction cannot meet. Air-supported dome technology changed the equation. We wrote the sport programming brief before the structural drawings were issued, then built and ran all three.
The approach
Three decisions that made the timeline possible.

Structure follows sport
Most venues are designed by architects and handed to operators. We wrote the sport programming brief first. Court dimensions, ceiling clearance, floor surface, all locked before the structural package was issued.

Air-supported from the ground up
Conventional steel structures take 18 to 24 months minimum. Air-supported technology cut that to under nine months without compromising surface quality or environmental control. The buildings inflate. The programming does not have to wait.

Opening-day operations
Leagues were registered before ribbon-cutting. Members showed up to a venue with a full schedule, not an empty hall looking for ideas. We ran the first fixture the week the domes opened.
